Day 1 : Welcome to Dar Es Salaam

Habari! You’re finally here!  We’ll whisk you away from Julius Nyerere International Airport (DAR) after your arrival into the city and take you to your accommodation. After you get settled into your new digs, we’ll introduce you to the rest of your crew for the week; an intimate group of individuals from all over the world ready to experience Tanzania’s culture and history.

Day 2: Let’s drive from Dar Es Salaam to Muheza, Tanga

Today we’ll hit the road for 5 hours. I promise you the journey won’t be boring since you’ll enjoy the view of the land scape and the mountains on the way to Muheza, Tanga. Overnight at Magoroto forest, we’ll have a camping experience sleeping beside the lake while wake up hearing birds sounds in the morning.

Day 3: Explore the day at Magoroto forest

Today, get in touch with nature since you’ll have enough time to explore different activities let it be swimming at the lake, hiking, waterfalls visit, fishing and mountain biking. The trails differ in level of difficulty providing choices for different trails based on your fitness level. The trails pass through a number of attractions along the way ending in picturesque viewing points.

Day 4: Let’s leave Magoroto then straight to Zanzibar

Get up early in the morning and pack your luggage since we’ll leave right away after breakfast. Arrive at Dar es salaam after 4 hours then board a ferry boat to Zanzibar.

Day 5: Explore Zanzibar

Now that we’re settled in Zanzibar, Today is the perfect opportunity to discover some of the things that make the city so great. we'll head to the streets of Stone Town for a walking tour of the old city, visiting the local markets and learning why the city is of prominent historical and artistic importance in East Africa, so much so, it’s a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Prison Island is the island full of 100+ year old giant tortoises.

Day 6: Explore Zanzibar

We’ll visit natural baraka aquarium here you will enjoy the experience swimming with the turtles and dhow sunset cruise we’ll head to the beach for water sport activities such as jetski, flying board, banana boat and scuba diving.

Day 7: It’s so sad to say goodbye!

We know, it feels like you just got here, but it’s time to say goodbye.  Use today to check off those final items on your list before it’s time to head home. The week may have flown by, but the memories and friendships you've made will last forever.
