Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro crater is the largest unbroken caldera in the world. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa’s most famous sites and is said to have the highest density of wildlife in Africa.  Sometimes described as an ‘eighth wonder of the world’, the Crater has achieved world renown, attracting an ever-increasing number of visitors each year.  You are unlikely to escape other vehicles here, but you are guaranteed great wildlife viewing in a genuinely mind-blowing environment.  There is nowhere else in Africa quite like Ngorongoro!

Serengeti National Park

1981 the year that Serengeti was inscribed on the world heritage list (UNESCO World Heritage Site), Serengeti national park is the home to one of the largest mammal migrations in the world. The annual migration of herbivores and carnivores is one of the most impressive sights in the world. Common animals that can be seen here are lions, buffaloes, impalas, hippos, waterbucks, elephants, cheetahs and the leopard. From December, when the long rains start, to May, the eastern Serengeti plains provide the best opportunities for wildlife viewing as hundreds of thousands of the migratory animals are concentrated in this part attracted by the short palatable grass.

Mount Kilimanjaro

Located in Tanzania, Mount Kilimanjaro is Africa’s tallest mountain at about 5,895 meters (19,340 feet). It is the largest free-standing mountain in the world. Kilimanjaro is the fourth most topographically prominent peak on Earth. It is part of Kilimanjaro National Park and is a major hiking and climbing destination. Because of its shrinking glaciers and ice fields, which are projected to disappear between 2025 and 2035, it has been the subject of many scientific studies. Kilimanjaro has different routes that will lead you arrive to the peak Lemosho, Shira, Machame (whiskey route), Rongai, Umbwe and Marangu (Coca-cola route).

Zanzibar Beaches

Zanzibar is an archipelago of islands of which the most famous being Unguja located 120 kms that is 2 hours by Ferry boat or 18 minutes by flight from the mainland at Dar es Salaam. The island is famous for its mix of exotic beaches, famous spice plantations, history (Stone Town being the capital) and diverse culture. This archipelago is renowned for clear warm waters, coral reefs and rich marine diversity making it a perfect under-water destination for snorkelling and diving.
